Welcome to the official website of ELF S.A.S. By accessing or making a purchase through our website, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. We recommend reading them carefully before using our services or purchasing any of our products.
1. Minimum Age to Purchase
To purchase our products, you must be 18 years of age or older, or the legal age of majority in your country of residence.
ELF S.A.S. does not and will not intentionally sell to minors under any circumstances.
2. Materials and Manufacturing Process
All models and molds created by ELF S.A.S. are made of 100% platinum-cure silicone, body-safe, and pigmented with ethically sourced liquid colorants and micas specifically designed for silicone use.
Our products are hypoallergenic, durable, and easy to clean and sterilize.
Each item is handmade in the United States, ensuring high standards of quality and artisan craftsmanship.
3. Discreet Shipping and Coverage
We guarantee fully discreet shipping, with no logos or external advertising, using plain white or brown boxes.
The sender information will only appear as “ELF.”
We ship to most countries, except where the sale or import of our products is restricted.
Shipping options include USPS and UPS, offering various speeds. Delivery time depends solely on the carrier, not on the internal order preparation process.
If you need your order delivered by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing. We will always do our best to accommodate your request.
4. International Orders and Customs
International shipments are declared to customs as:
“Other rubber articles other than hard rubber; other.”
Depending on the destination country, customers may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or import fees (including VAT or others).
ELF S.A.S. is not responsible for collecting, managing, or paying these charges. Customers are responsible for verifying any potential import costs before placing an order.
5. Order Status and Tracking
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive another email containing the tracking number.
Order statuses may indicate the following:

Not shipped: Order has been registered but not yet packed.

Pre-shipment: Order is ready or pending carrier pickup.

In transit: Package has been handed over to the carrier and is en route to the destination.
6. Processing Times and Order Combination
We process and dispatch orders once a week, typically on Mondays, after packaging over the weekend.
Orders placed on or after Monday will ship the following week.
Processing time may vary between 2 to 3 weeks, depending on order volume and the availability of materials or supplies.
We are a small team and personally handle each shipment, so we appreciate your understanding if slight delays occur.
If you place multiple orders before shipment, we will attempt to combine them automatically to optimize costs.
Whenever possible, we will refund the extra shipping fees for combined orders.
To qualify, the shipping and billing information must match across all orders.
7. Handcrafted Products and Definition of “Flop”
All our products are handmade, so minor variations or cosmetic imperfections may occur. These do not affect the functionality or safety of the product.
Such small differences may include texture, mold marks, or slight surface variations.
When a product has more noticeable visual or functional defects, it is labeled as a “Flop” and offered at a discounted price relative to the defect.
Some items may be repaired using Sil-Poxy, a skin-safe sealant.
This information will always be clearly stated in the product description.

Defects considered “Flop”:

Defects NOT considered “Flop”:

3D print lines

Minimal mold texture

Loss of surface shine due to mold use
8. Severity Levels of Defects

Minor Flops: Visual imperfections that do not affect product usability.

Major Flops: More noticeable defects that may be felt during use or make cleaning difficult.
Products that fail to meet safety standards will never be offered for sale.
9. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns
We do not accept cancellations or returns once an order has been completed.
Refunds or store credits may only be granted at the sole discretion of ELF S.A.S., depending on the nature of the case.
Cases where we can offer assistance:

Missing or incorrect items

Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

Undeclared product defects

Damaged items during shipping

Order returned to sender
Cases where we cannot offer assistance:

Damage due to misuse, improper storage, or cleaning

Visual color differences compared to photos

Carrier-related delays

Personal preferences regarding texture or firmness

Tracking issues outside our control
10. Reporting a Problem
Please inspect your order before opening the sealed packaging and contact us immediately if you notice any issues.
You have a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date (as recorded by the carrier) to report a problem.
After this period, our ability to provide a solution may be limited.
We will always make every effort to resolve any issue fairly and efficiently.
11. Resolution Options
Depending on the situation, ELF S.A.S. may offer one of the following:

Full or partial refund

Equivalent or higher store credit

Replacement of the item (if available or reproducible)
Examples of Resolution:

Undisclosed minor flop: 5%–15% refund or equivalent store credit.

Undisclosed major flop: 35%+ refund or equal or higher store credit.

Missing item: Free replacement or full refund.

Lost or damaged package: Shipping insurance claim (USD $100–$200) plus full refund or replacement at no cost.

Returned order: First reshipment free; subsequent reshipments charged to the customer.
12. Disclaimer of Liability
By making a purchase through ELF S.A.S., the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Service.
ELF S.A.S. is not responsible for misuse of its products or for any injury or damage resulting from improper use.
The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring safe use and adherence to proper hygiene and common-sense practices.
“We,” “our,” or “ELF” refer to ELF S.A.S.
“You,” “your,” or “customer” refer to the individual making the purchase.
